Driver registers himself at the self-service kiosk

Drivers register themselves on a self-service kiosk in his own language. During his registration, the driver will be asked for a reference number and his mobile phone number.

Once his registration is completed, the driver sees a confirmation message instructing him to wait until further instructed by SMS.

The dispatcher, using our yard control tower, has a clear view of his yard. He sees all the transports waiting on the wait parking and busy in the yard.

He is immediately notified of the registration of the driver.

Once the warehouse is ready, the dispatcher simply drags the shipment onto the right dock.

This action automatically sends an SMS to the driver with detailed instructions in the language he selected to register.

The PIN code provided in the SMS lets the driver open the barrier at the entrance of the yard.
