Contactless reception for Duracell

Jun 23, 2020 | Best practice

As part of the current measures around Covid-19, many companies are looking for solutions to safely resume activities. They are looking for ways to protect their employees. Peripass is temporarily offering contactless reception via Self-Service Access. Until the end of September 2020, part of the platform can be used free of charge, with no obligation to make any purchase afterwards. The implementation can be set up in a matter of days, and tailored to any logistics flow. Duracell is one of the companies that has taken up this offer. How does it work?

An efficient implementation, ready to use in just a few days

The capabilities of the Peripass platform and the customer’s existing logistics flows are first discussed at an introductory meeting. We fully map out all visitor flows for them and then, in a second online session, the final details are discussed. Next, together with the customer, we create their digital registration processes. After approval from both parties, the implementation consultant will start setting up the configuration tailored to the customer’s needs. Thanks to the previous sessions, and Peripass as a SAAS solution, this takes just a few hours. After a short training session, we check that how it works is clear for all users and it’s ready to go.
